We came here for a week, really enjoyed our time. Love that it has 3x different buildings so u can really explore it! Glad we were in the main building block A, as it was the best bit. Lovely food, all really clean & cared for. Great pools, we had our 19 month old little girl…

Dear paulabrown123, We want first of all that you know we are really happy that you had such an excellent holiday with us at Insotel Cala Mandia Resort & Spa and we want to thank you for choosing Tripadvisor as your method for sharing your wonderful experience with others. As we aim on a daily basis to exceed the needs and goals of our valued guests and provide them a place of joy and total comfort, we are obviously humbled by your kind words. We are delighted to know about your ice-cream time at the Flower Power Area B or about the 's American Diner experience. Our Resort has so many different pools, bars, themed restaurant and 3 different areas, which let guests feel different feelings atmospheres in each different area. Every area and service in our hotel is designed to provide the best possible experience, and whenever we receive confirmation we have achieved our goal, we consider it a success story. With regards to sun beds, we do try our utmost to avoid that our guests reserve them by putting their towels on them. We also leave signs and politely notify them personally as according to our own hotel policy sunbed reservation is strictly forbidden. Nevertheless on exceptional occasions, especially in high season, we sometimes have difficulties to guarantee that all our visitors adhere to this policy because some are not as respectful of requests as others. We are sorry that during your stay this must have been the case and we promise we will continue trying our best to enforce this policy.
