Thank you for taking the time to leave us a good review and providing us with a great feedback! Here are some clarification. First towel is provided for you free of charge. Additional towel is $1. We implemented this practice so that our guests can be conscious of environmental impact of using extra towels that consume extra water, extra detergent and extra gas fuel to dry the towel. The bathrooms have foam soap dispenser over the sink and hand pump shower in the shower stall. We have a plan for upgrading the bunk bed frames. The mattress is the highest quality mattress that we are able to get in the market place. Our mattress is high density hospital grade quality mattress for ultimate comfort. The mattress are medium firm. Thank you for being our guest and we take every feedback seriously for improvements to our operation.
