Hi! Thanks for your review. We are so glad you enjoy our atmosphere, but we are so sorry you didn't enjoy the nachos or ribs. Our ribs are basted in a vinegar solution - so, if vinegar isn't your thing...it makes sense you didn't enjoy. As for nachos, we use a local brand of chips and cheese sauce. We also do the nachos at the Redbirds stadium across the street - they use a national brand of chips and cheese. It sounds like you won't be headed back down, but if you do came back, we'd love for you to give our half-chicken or brisket a try. People really enjoy both!! We do hope you make it back down - if you do, come say hi. There is always a family member on the floor - we'd love to hear your thoughts on the chicken/brisket.
