Response from Nazim A, Manager at Parilla Bueno Ayres
Responded Apr 7, 2018
Dear Al N, Thank you for your comments. It is disappointing to learn that a guest has left feeling less than completely satisfied. Generally, we do not respond to TA reviews as it would be very difficult to respond to everyone, however, we have decided to make an exception as we feel you need an explanation of our intention behind the Buenos Aires concept. I will try my best to give you an explanation. I would like to assure you that we prepare all our condiments, sauces from the scratch and we source the highest quality produces available locally first and then in the wider market place. I would like to assure you we buy the highest quality of the beef available in the market place, with full trace-ability of the farms with highest animal welfare, dried aged for minimum of 35 days+, cooked by chefs with many years of experience at prestigious hospitality outlets. We work on a very low margin as the quality of the products is something we will not compromise, yet failed to satisfy you! Our back of house and front of house team members came with years of experiences from many prestigious hospitality outlets, purely focusing on to provide exciting South American flavours and best gastronomic experience. I am sorry to read that you were not satisfied that the steak came with anything else other than cherry vine tomatoes, portobello mushroom and salad garnish, while our menu clearly states this is what it comes with. Majority of our customers feel that we provide great value for money, as similar quality of meal elsewhere (e.g. Edinburgh ) would costs at least twice as much. With regards to your comments regarding blocking any fire exit door, please be assured we comply with all due diligence that required by the HSE. Furthermore, it is clear from your comments that you were asked few times if everything was okay by the front of house team members, where you didn't raise the issue, yet you have chosen to write on Tripadvisor! We are always keen to listen to our customer feedback directly and improve customer experience where needed. Also, we are sorry read that one of our waiting staff who was purely focusing on providing customer service, keeping her focus on her tables, made you feel uneasy. Lastly we express our utmost apologies that we couldn't meet your expectations, however, we do hope you would consider returning back at the Buenos Aires Cafe and Grill again. Yours in hospitality, Team Buenos Aires.
