It saddens me to read that your stay was not to your expectations; I do hope you gave our reception team a chance to rectify any issues you may have had with your accommodation so that you could fully enjoy your stay. We do have a wide range of entertainment throughout the season, ranging from Comedians, Vocalists, Magicians, Live Bands and much more, across our Parks. Reception also has a timetable and can inform you of what’s on at each park each night, to allow maximum choice for your stay. I have liaised with the Entertainments Manager, who has assured me that no offense was intended by his team, and apologises if that was indeed the case.
