We stayed here at the end of June and stayed in one of the private terraced rooms overlooking the harbour. The room was really lovely with small kitchenette with fridge and coffee machine. The bathroom was lovely with separate bath and walk in shower. Shame there was non air…

Many thanks for your review of our very popular Garden Suite rooms and for all comments which are duly noted. Staff are always on hand to move any double parked cars and keys are kept at reception to prevent any delay for guests that may need a vehicle moving. My apologies if our usual very friendly staff appeared not to be so and if one reaching the end of a long shift didn't provide the usual warm Somerville welcome. The restaurant menu is available for last orders at 8.45pm and then there is of course the 24 hours room service menu for light snacks. I hope that we can persuade you to return to the hotel for your next Jersey visit when I'm confident that a warm welcome will await. Kind regards David
