Dear Gust, I regret that we did not fully meet your expectations on this occasion and I have noted your dissatisfaction with your accommodation, the noise issue and your breakfast experience. We have a traffic light system in place as a guide for our guests - advising when it is busy or less busy to come for breakfast. This system usually works very well. Unfortunately, on this occasion we had large groups of guests arriving for breakfast at the busier times thus resulting in long delays. Please be assured this does not normally happen, but that being said I would like to sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. On a positive note, I am pleased to hear you liked our location and the beautiful views of the glen and our friendly staff.
