We always try giving the best holiday experience we possibly can, even throwing in a free upgrade every now and then and I am very happy to hear that we were able to offer you with an upgrade. Our housekeeping team work at a high rate to try and get everyone in as early as possible so you can put your feet up sooner. We are very lucky with the location of the park. The beach and surrounding areas are absolutely gorgeous, you could feel like you’re anywhere in the world. We work hard and enjoy looking after our natural area by having daily litter picking sessions with the team and frequent beach cleans. I am so glad to hear that your children loved the evening entertainment; our fun stars certainly love to entertain and will be very happy to hear your lovely comments. Thank you for your feedback regarding the prices here on park. This is definitely something we can look into and improve for the future.
