We certainly agree that Dale’s Cabin is a lovely setting and one of our most popular accommodations with all the attributes you mentioned and enjoyed. We are also glad to hear about your positive comments about our staff. We do send out a pre-arrival questionnaire with the specific requests and noted charges. We apologize if there was a misunderstanding with the billing for the champagne you requested on the form. The other charges were satisfactorily resolved upon departure when you spoke with our General Manager, and again, our apologies if charges were not made clear.
