I think this hotel is really unique looking and cool. Hipster like decor and the games in the lounge were really fun to play (giant jenga). Everyday there was fresh free fruit infused water for guests by the elevators as well as drinks and snacks by donation at certain hours…

We do have rates that fluctuate with demand, no different than other hotels or airlines, but work hard to deliver a sense of value. That comes in the way of our complimentary Wine Hour held daily (the donation is for a local charity), free AM Coffee Service featuring Caffe Vita a superb coffee maker from Seattle, complimentary snacks, newspapers, use of our PUBLIC bicycles and many other items like a bottle of Champagne on your birthday! We know that even when all of the local hotel's prices rise you can always count on us for a great value and a great stay. Thanks again and we hope to see you soon.
