Hello Thank you for taking the time and bringing your views to our attention and very sorry to learn of your dissatisfaction with the food and attention you received from our staff when visiting us recently. We aim to please all of our guests and feedback should help us to improve our service and product. We do serve freshly cooked food so, occasionally, at busier times, people can experience lack of certain products as well as a delay! This is purely down to the shear number of orders hitting the kitchen at the same time. This shouldn't however be your concern as the customer and I will look into the valid points that you have raised and act where necessary accordingly.
