We stayed in July 2015 and from the start it was terrible, we paid about £200 for our night in a room which had nowhere for our luggage to go as it was so small On entering our room I found dust and dirt on most of the floor, a pair of pants under the bed and a broken toilet…

Since the opening in 2015, we have seen several positive changes made to the Enchanted village - Whilst taking all of our guest feedback on board. This is something in which we do as a resort on a regular basis and overall has a positive impact on the guest experience. We did enjoy reading about how your daughter engaged in the activities around the Enchanted Village and that the Crooked spoon staff members went out of their way to assist.
