I'm so pleased that you had such an enjoyable time and that you were happy with your allocated suite. The hotel benefits from the most picturesque setting which offers our guests stunning views of the surrounding countryside and lake. I was sorry to read that you encountered a little frustration with the water pressure from the shower. I have reviewed our maintenance logs for the time of your stay and we have no record of the same issue from other guests in this area of the hotel, but to assure, I have already requested our maintenance team review the shower in this suite, to avoid further guest frustration. As indicative from comments on this site, guest comfort and satisfaction is our priority here at Fawsley, so I'm delighted that from the very moment you arrived you were greeted with a warm warm yet professional welcome by Mo and this continued throughout your stay.
