Hi there, thank you for reviewing your stay. It’s a shame there were a few points that disappointed you, but some lovely comments about the park and our team. I’m sorry you found the hairdryers to be broken, we did have one break recently, which was replaced the very next day. I’m sorry you found this to be an inconvenience. They are very powerful and up high to avoid long hair being caught in the element, although we do have them placed at two heights for accessibility, in fact hair getting caught in the element is what happened which broke the dryer. Incidentally this is also the reason it is impracticable to have hardwired hairdryers in the pool, they frequently get hair caught in the element which breaks them; the area of the pool changing rooms is so inherently wet and humid, the handryer option has found to be the most effective and reliable in these circumstances, indeed many family swimming pools operate the same system for this reason. We have three playparks and a zip wire for children to use on Park, I’m sorry if you found this to be insufficient, the one that was previously behind the swimming pool was unable to be moved due to its condition and was replaced with an entirely new one. I’m glad you enjoyed the tractor and the dog walk, we have some beautiful areas on park and an amazing beach adjacent, we really are very lucky to have such a unique position. Thank you for your kind comments about the team, they are always thrilled to hear that their efforts make a difference to your stay. We have continual improvement to the park, contrary, it seems, to popular belief, we actually lose pitches every time we do a development, in favour of spacing and landscaping, even with the new development this year, we still have significantly less pitches than before we began redeveloping the park. I really hope we see you again, its great to have so many families who have seen the park change and grow over the years. Kind regards Andrea Gunn Holiday Experience Manager
