We apologize for the inconveniences with the room but the Hotel from its side tried to do its best to find the better variant for you. As you have mentioned in your review at that period the Hotel was full booked and unfortunately there was no possibility to find the room according to your reservation to fit your demands, except for the variants we had suggested to you. We are also very sad about your comment concerning the preferences of nationalities by our staff. Silva Beach Hotel welcomes Guests of all the nationalities and we treat all our Guests equally, without any reference to the country of origin. The entire team of the Hotel brings our apologies if you felt some lack of hospitality towards you, but we assure that we always provide the same level of service to all the Guests. We seriously took comments of some of our Guests in consideration to lessen the issue with the reservation of sunbeds. The Hotel follows the policy of removing the towels left in the morning on sunbeds with no attention. We would also thank you for the kind words you have addressed to our staff and cuisine.
