Hello Laura, thank you for your review and sharing your experience with us. While we are happy to hear you enjoyed the beds and the professionalism of our staff, we apologize about the wifi issue. Free wifi is located in the public areas of the hotel as well as the Burnham and any guest of ours should have no problem accessing the internet. We will look into the issue.
