Robin D, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel. Being a 100 year old property I believe we are architecturally the most beautiful hotel in Cleveland. When this hotel was originally built we had over 1000 guest rooms. Some time in the 1950's it was completely gutted and changed to its current configuration of 491 guest rooms. You can still walk the hallways of our floors and see doorways that are painted over. These doorways use to be to guest rooms!! The hotel has also just begun a complete renovation. This is expected to be completed in early 2020. I am excited to see how our classic features are incorporated into a modern design.
