We recommend our guests to give us a call in order to fix this immediately, as well as for the mini fridge. We want to help and make our guests' vacations a wonderful time. We would like to inform you that we don't have a Zoo, we have what is called an UMA (Management Unit for the Conservation of Wildlife). This place is for the animals that can't be reintegrated to their natural habitat because of different reasons. All the animals are supervised by a professional that takes care of every single one of them. Don't worry, they are in very good hands. I'm sorry about the inconvenience you had when you tried to make a reservation in one of our restaurants. I'm glad that our guest service staff members helped you with this. I will check on this and see what we can do about it. In regards of the chairs by the pool, it seems that our staff members didn't inform you about our rules, so let me explain them to you. Saving seats is strictly prohibited, so when a guest doesn't come back after half an hour, their belonging will be retired from the seat. Their belonging will be in hands of our security team until the guests reclaim them. But after reading your comment it seem that this is enforced irregularly.
