It was a wonderful surprise to find your fine review of the Hacienda. Our goal is to keep the property as authentic as possible, yet user friendly, for the guest of today's time. Thank you for appreciating that and the excellent food. But, bottom line, what makes it work is how the staff truly delights in the guests. They get excited over repeat guests, because that tells them that what they do is working. We do have TV's, hidden behind massive antique doors in the Suites. We appreciate the time and effort it took to write this review and we are eager for your return. We can see that you are a very seasoned traveler and that makes your review even more valuable.
