We are glad to know that you had a great family holiday with us, that you enjoyed your spacious and clean apartament, that you were confortable with the air conditioning. We are content to know that you tasted the delicious food prepared in the bar restaurant and also that you profited from the free shutle bus. It is so greatful to hear that our staff were efficient, we apreciate your recognition. Regarding your notes, like the lack of a full lenght mirror and with your challenges in make an order in the bar restaurant, we will take a note in order to improve the confort and the services for our guest. Concerning the embarrassing situation in the pool area, we are really sorry, but we are already take some atitude to take this under control.
