Dear Christy R., Thank you for writing such specific and expansive remarks regarding the experience you had at our hotel this past spring. We always appreciate finding out about the things that pleased our guests, as well as the areas in which we could have improved upon. I was glad to see your good rating and hear that most of your time here was pleasant. I apologize, though, for the things that you noted in your guest room that caused inconveniences and discomforts for you. I'm also sorry to hear that our pool had been left unlocked due to the fact that it was being cleaned at the time; we will be continuing to make better efforts to alert our guests to pool openings and closures, and I apologize that you did not feel you had a good encounter with a member of our team while you were being asked to vacate the pool due to potentially unsafe water conditions. Finally, I'm sorry to hear that your lack of a vehicle left you with limited food options in close proximity to our property. We want for all of our guests to have a completely relaxing and enjoyable stay here, and I hope that you'll change your mind and give us another chance to work to earn your loyalty during your next visit to our area.
