Whilst I am pleased to know that you enjoyed your recent stay and that in particular you enjoyed your treatment at the Spa and the service from many of our team members, I am disappointed that you felt there were certain aspects of our Resort that looked tired or could have been improved. Please know that we do have an ongoing maintenance programme for the Resort which ensures regular touch ups and assessments of the condition of our villas and the Resort as a whole, with maintenance work regularly carried out in such a way so as to minimise the impact on our guests. I thank you for pointing out areas in which this could be improved though and I will certainly have our Engineering team look into this.
