I'm glad Sadi was able to offer you an upgraded room, especially with so many in your family - those suites offer space to spread out. It's great to hear your enjoyed our Social and breakfast. Lastly - the neighborhood .... our team is proud of Brooks Landing and we work hard with other businesses and the community to elevate the hospitality felt throughout the neighborhood with a goal of providing a sense of community to our hotel guests this I believe is what makes this hotel unique - a park like setting with great views of the river and University of Rochester paired with a diverse community of students and residents that call Brooks Landing home.
