Hi Carla, thanks for taking the time to leave a review with some really constructive feedback. I'd like to think the portion of broccoli re-sent was a fresh portion but will look into the matter and ensure that going forward fresh portions are sent back to the guest at all times when we have issues with quality. We will also get the cleaners to look into the dirt behind the radiator and rectify the situation there also. Happy to hear that you think the menu is improving, the service was good and apart from the broccoli you enjoyed the food.
