Thank you for writing the review about your experiences at our family resort on the beach in Dennis Port. The staff and I appreciate your kind words and helpful information for guests seeking to stay with us. A minor correction on the building names. The long rectangular building (the one you stayed in) is called the Corsair and the "U" shaped building is called the Cross Rip. You are correct in that because the building is perpendicular to the water the views of the ocean get better the closer you are to the ocean. We price the rooms accordingly. You would be surprised to know that most rooms in the Cross Rip, since the building is parallel to the ocean, have great direct ocean views. As for pricing, we are very much aware of our competitors and try very hard to price ourselves according to our amenities/facilities. I think when you check out the others you will find that for the money we offer a lot - full size appliance kitchenettes, three pools, whirlpools, game room, beach chairs and umbrella service. I hope you will find this to be true when you look for a vacation spot next year. Really would like to have you and your family back. On a side note, we do sell sundries in the office i.e. ice cream, hats, suntan lotion and do offer complimentary coffee and ice water by the pools.
