I'm glad the housekeeping department got you settled quickly. We work very hard to keep Spruce Point Inn Resort in top condition for our guests. The housekeeping department does an outstanding job. Management and staff return year after year and learn guest preferences to ensure a relaxing and memorable stay. This said, I know that mistakes can happen and thank you for allowing us to make corrections. In reviewing your history, I see that you chose the "Green Program" --- which offers limited service (delivery of towels and bath amenities) and a $10.00 resort credit for dining.
