I was passing through Baton Rouge and stopped for the night. I ordered coconut chicken with steamed rice, hot and sour soup, and steamed dumplings. I especially like the steamed dumpling. The coconut chicken didn’t have enough sauce and it was over cooked and kinda chewy to eat.…
