The rooms are spacious with most amenities. i had a room with kitchen was just a formality, the kitchen did not have a Gas stove/utensils, so it was useless. the furniture and wall paint was just too depressing. The hotel overall had very old /budget hotel type feeling.…

Dear 98127634, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback with me. I sincerely appreciate hearing from our guests both about what we have done well as well as what we could do better for all of our guests in the future. I am sorry to hear that our king room was not to your liking, all of our suite are just mini suite and I will make sure my front desk team is letting our guest in the future know we only have mini suites. We are also working on remodeling the hotel and lobby. I will also address the temperature of the hot tub with my head of maintenance.
