Dear Mr Steven, thank you so much for your extensive review and your positive feedback, we are truly delighted to learn that you and your family have enjoyed so much your stay. Special thanks with regards to your words of appreciation regarding our staff and service, this is a great incentive for me and the whole team to keep improving and deliver excellent service to each of our guests. You stayed with us in April just a couple of days after our seasonal opening when the weather was still very changeable, often with rough seas bringing back on the shore some trash that unfortunately barbaric local people is sadly used to throw in the water and I have to agree with you that the beach was not clean enough, Although the beach in front of the hotel is public I am very glad to inform our guests that we have now arranged a daily cleaning from plastics and as usual starting from June also our side beach has been set up with sunchairs and umbrellas. I am just sorry you were not fully satisfied about our meals offering and style of cuisine which includes a choice of three menus: snacks to be enjoyed on the terrace or by the pool including sandwiches and salads, a light menu including italian mediterranean classics like caprese salad, tagliolini with tomatoes, amatriciana, cacio e pepe or breaded milanese cutlet, home made gelato and tiramisu, further to our full dining menu featuring our chef's creations, mostly based on best quality italian and local genune ingredients. It is however always great and helpful to read peoples opinion and that is why it is always our hope that people read all of the reviews to build their own opinion.
