Dear prynces_jaye, Thank you for sharing with us your experience at Swissotel Chicago. I am happy to hear you had an enjoyable stay and were able to experience one of our river view rooms. The views from them never get old! Regarding your parking frustration, I would like to clarify that our company is sourced by a third party. Our rates are set based on the average rate set throughout the city and are inflated due to the city tax implemented on parking. I hope this resolves any frustrations concerning the cost.
