One negative and then all great. Our room didn't get cleaned by 3:00 the first day and we needed to shower when they showed up. The next day, they didn't come at all and we had to go to the front desk and ask for clean towels. Weird that they didn't come back to clean the second…

I do apologize that our housekeeping staff didn't provide you with the proper service during your stay with us, which is not acceptable and is being addressed. We do appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention, glad you took the opportunity to use the bike rental to enjoy the scenery here on Jekyll.
