We are sorry we didn't meet your expectations. We believe your concern with the rooms is a matter of semantics. A bay side room is just that. The room is on the side of the bay and not the gulf. A gulf view room provides a view of the gulf. We hope this clarifies our wording. As far as our rooms go, they are clean and well maintained by our family. We work diligently to keep up with the trends of hotels across our industry while still keeping the charm of a family hotel. We take pride in our work and make every effort to accommodate all who enter our property.
