Thank you for taking the time to share your review. Our complimentary shuttle service to the airport is a great convenience that many of our guests do appreciate. We are glad that Players Sports Pub was a positive part of your stay; it is a fun lounge with great food. However, we do regret that the hallway leading up to your room and your guest room was in poor condition. It's disappointing to learn that our high standards of cleanliness weren't met, your comments will be shared with our management team. We do hope that we can welcome you back again so that we may fully impress you.
