Thank you for this great feedback. I am happy to hear you felt relaxed on your vacation with Sea Gardens. I am glad you felt our facilities met your expectations. I am sorry to hear about your comments regarding the key cards not working. I can understand how that could be very frustrating. Our key cards have a magnetic strip that is very sensitive if near metal objects. I apologize for the inconvenience this caused you.
