I understand there were several issues with your stay with check-in, yes as an airport property it does get quite busy at times during peak arrivals. I'm sorry we were not able to meet your and our expectations for excellent guest service. While it saddens me any time a guest has a less than stellar experience, I am grateful that you took the time to explain the problems you had so that they can be promptly remedied.
