I am sorry that you did not have an enjoyable dining experience with us. I always feel like we failed when everyone is not totally satisfied after visiting our restaurant. When I first read your review, I thought we may have prepared a subpar dish for you. However, upon reviewing the pictures you included it looks like the dish was made to our specifications. The only thing missing from the picture was the side salad that would have been included in this $11.00 entrée. It seems as you were most unhappy with the perceived value of the meal. We spend a lot of time reviewing our menu to make sure we balance our portion size to a reasonable price, based on the quality of our ingredients and our preparation methods. I find your questioning the authenticity and/or palate (???) of our customers who reviewed us before you a little offensive. We understand that we cannot always make everyone happy, but my staff works extremely hard whether you do dine-in, take out, or delivery to provide an enjoyable experience for everyone. We take all feedback very seriously. It always gives us the opportunity to review our policies and procedures based on the legitimate reviews of our food quality and level of service. I’m glad you enjoyed the service and the pizza, and hope you will give us another chance when you are in the area.
