Thank you for spending your vacation with us on the Kilimanjaro Club level and allowing our Cast Members to host you and your family. I am pleased to know that the animals on our savanna added such an element of wonder for the children in your party. I'm sorry to learn that the distance to your room was a bit of a hike for your family. Our Resort is very unique in its layout as it is spread very wide to be able to maximize our savanna area for the comfort of our animals and pleasure of our Guests. Please know if you ever have concerns regarding distance you may certainly let a Cast Member know at the time of booking so that a comment may be placed on your reservation for our Room Assignment team. It is disappointing to know that your housekeeping service was not consistent throughout your stay. We take pride in our Cast Member's ability to create memorable and relaxing vacation atmosphere for our Guests. I am thankful for your feedback being shared so that we may continue to monitor our service and meet our Guests' expectations.
