After repeatedly reporting it to our cable provider, we came to find out that there was a service issue affecting our immediate area. The issue was swiftly resolved later that evening! We are glad that you found our stairs so accessible, I would like to point out that our bellmen are always ready to assist any guests that require assistance with their luggage. Being a historic property having been built in the golden era of the 1930s, our infrastructure did not give us much room for a larger lift, however, rest assured that we are always willing and ready to help all guests! =) Thank you once again and we hope to see you back for a second stay!
