Regal Palms is not your typical Florida timeshare style resort. Each unit is individually owned and rented out. This means that issues with the unit are handled by outside contractors instead of on site. We had an issue with ants in the dining room and when we called the front…

Hello, msaunders37. We are sorry to learn of your experience. While it's true that a percentage of Regal Palms townhouses are privately owned, a good many are managed onsite by Soleil Management. We have a representative on property at all times, and so you never have to worry about being able to reach someone in the event of a challenge. Thank you for your feedback.
