Customer care is amongst our highest priorities and it is always gratifying to receive such praise. It is a beautiful view and there is just something so serine when looking out upon the water. It is hard to explain as it is more than a quietness, it gives you a calmness. Walking on the beach is also great therapy; looking out at the beauty that surrounds us it really does not matter if it is warm or if a cool breeze is blowing. Our associates are commitment to providing you with the service levels and recognition you deserve and expect. It was disappointing to read that our associates although friendly that they were unable to answer your questions there is no excuse. We do have many different trainings that our associates go through in regards to customer care that incorporate answers to questions that would be asked. We have noted your comments regarding the level of disturbance coming from the other rooms and would like to apologize for these occurrences. We know how frustrating and disappointing it can be when you are trying to get needed sleep and your expectations are not met due to noise. We are exploring different options to make the soundproofing of the rooms better. There is so much to explore great restaurants, wonderful museums, great entertainment, some awesome sports and fun activities. We will look forward to your return visit.
