I am very sorry about this experience and I can obviously understand your frustration. I have an incredible staff and sadly this worker you speak of had a very rough personal experience that week. This is no excuse but we sometimes forget that servers deal with life in addition to trying to accommodate over 100s of customers (particularly in our extremely busy location). Your review serves as a good learning experience for this employee. If you choose to return, I am confident you will find a very different experience.
