Dear xerophytic – Well, it doesn’t sound like there is much I can do or say in response to your review. As you stated, these are your personal opinions, and we actually have a high number of loyal guests who refuse to stay in any room other than the very bungalows you have found such fault with – some requesting the exact same bungalow for every stay, year over year. Should you find yourself in Santa Monica again, I would welcome the opportunity to find you a room on our property that is more accommodating to your needs, but until then, I will simply thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on Trip Advisor.
