Always wanted to stay in a motel. It ticked all the boxes. Small, cosy, charming, spotlessly clean, friendly and helpful staff, quiet, fresh and delicious breakfast (bagels were fab). The location was perfect for beach, harbour and State Street. Worth every penny!
