I am sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us, we do strive to ensure that all guests have an enjoyable stay and it is always disappointing to learn that a guest has encountered issues. We do ask all guests and owners to abide by our Park rules and have a team of park wardens who are on duty every day from 5pm till 9am, along with door staff in our entertainments complex. We have recently hired a new Retail Manager who is working to improve our restaurant and entertainments centre. We have employed new bar and waiting staff in a effort to combat long queues in the clubhouse and to assist in the arcade.
