2pm check in was delayed due to the caravan not being ready. Caravan had marks over the sofa, toothpaste all over the shelf in the bathroom cabinet, sticky ring marks on the bedside table, dirt marks over the legs of the dining table, food stain on the net curtain, dirt and dust…

It is never pleasing to discover a guest who has cleaning issues in their accommodation and these issues have been brought to the attention of our Cleaning Manageress. Please be assured that had the reception team been made aware of the concerns you had with your accommodation provisions could have been put in place to rectify these issues.
