No frills ryokan
Firstly worth mentioning this ryokan is not in Tsumago-juku, it is in Otsumago which is 15 mins walk or short taxi from the main town. That said it is a clean, decent ryokan by the river and it seems to be a bit cheaper than the ryokans in the larger town. We stayed here after…
