Patty8888, We couldn't disagree more with your assessment of the property! Pictures of our luxury rooms are available online, so it is unclear why you were surprised at there being one chair in the room. There are luxury wooden chairs and table outside the front and back of your unit and ample seating in our lobby and dining terrace area. We hope you enjoyed the custom home made "Knock 'n Drop" breakfast with fresh granola, banana bread, squeezed juice, fresh fruit, and yogurt parfait. We also offer convenient self-check-in so guests can skip the desk and go straight to their room! The property has had the same owner for 4-5 years, and almost every guest is blown away by the "Magical, Peaceful, Tranquil" nature of our luxury desert Inn. We just spoke with British guests returning for the 3rd time this year who couldn't stop raving about the property. It is disappointing that you would take to a public forum to criticize our quaint Inn instead of contacting us directly. We encourage potential guests to visit for themselves and experience the wonderful essence of Borrego Valley Inn!
