Good morning Lizelle, Thank you for taking the time out to write a review on TripAdvisor. I am pleased to hear you had a lovely stay despite the weather. We are self catering chalets on the banks of the St Lucia Estuary. We strive to offer a service to all our guest booking tours and excursions. The lady who checked you in "Pat" is my stand in manger when I am unavailable and I have never had a complaint! Regarding our chalets, we have an open planned chalet which is what you booked, we also have 2 luxury 2 sleeper chalets which have a queen bed with an en-suite bathroom, lounge, kitchen and private deck outside. Guest often book chalet no 1 been my cheapest chalet and expect the luxury chalet. This mistake is often made when booking chalets, I can only urge clients to please read the description of the chalet they are booking into. Chalet 1 is my cheaper chalet to accommodate those traveling on a tighter budget, it still has all your necessities and is clean and tidy.
