Food all mixed up with old wilted lettuce for salad.
There were a number of mixups getting our food to our table. It would appear the wait staff is not very familiar with the menu items. Most of the food was ok, but the salad literally looked like it was taken out of the garbage. The lettuce was warm, wilted browned etc.
