Dear Guest, Thank you for taking time and posting a review of our hotel on TripAdvisor. As you are aware, Mumbai is a huge and widely-spread out city having a number of neighborhood, the hotel is situated in one these prominent locations and is accessible from both Western Express Highway, S.V Road and Linking Road which connects the city for the business hubs (mind space and Bombay Exhibition Center) and tourists areas (National Park, Essel World, Water Kingdom, Pagoda and some of the beaches of the city), all these areas are within a few kilometers from the hotel. Thank you for your praise of the service and stay in our hotel. Appreciate your kind words of our cleanliness of rooms, check in experience and our breakfast buffet. Yes there is some traffic congestion in front of the hotel, but hopefully this should get solved in the next couple of months when the fly over will be opened. We are in the process of updating our rooms, hence the work which was going on, apologize for the inconvenience caused. The workers do their work from 10 am to 7 pm post which they are supposed to clear off, regretfully one of these days they continued working longer, which we have addressed and taken up with the contractors to ensure the work is completed and there is no drilling or banging work conducted post 7 pm. Looking forward to hosting your stay again soon where we assure you a delightful experience.
